Typographical Errors

In the event that a Built For Xtreme Nutrition LLC product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Built For Xtreme Nutrition LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Built For Xtreme Nutrition LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Built For Xtreme Nutrition LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term Termination

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Built For Xtreme Nutrition LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Refund / Exchange Policy / Orders

Refunds and Exchanges will be allowed up to thirty (30) days after purchase. Apparel returns or exchanges are accepted under the following terms: 1) Items must be in the original condition received, never worn with all labels intact, and 2) Item must be received within 30 days of purchase date. Nutrition products may also be returned within 30 days providing the original packaging seal is intact and the container remains unopened. The total order of purchase will be refunded (minus the shipping costs).

Refunds are issued to the credit card or payment method used in the transaction. Shipping costs are non-fundable. If there has been a mishap with your order and we’ve made an error. please contact us directly to request a prepaid return label. All communication regarding returns should be presented in writing through our “Contact Us” email portal.
